Summer Raffle Terms & Conditions

 

1.0 DunnWrenn has the right to add, remove or edit the Summer Raffle T&C's at anytime.

1.0.1 DunnWrenn is committed to ensuring that the Summer Raffle is operated in a secure, fair and socially responsible way and to endorsing responsible gambling amongst its players.

1.1 The Summer Raffle is a summer 2023 event organised and run by DunnWrenn. Each chance costs £2.00 per entry and upon receipt of payment, you will be entered into the draw that will take place on Sunday 3 September 2023 across Facebook Live.

1.1.2 The Summer Raffle will open on Monday 26 June and close at 6pm on Saturday 2 September. Entries made before and after the raffle window will not be counted and a refund will not be available. 

1.2 The player can enter as many times as they wish making a payment of £2.00 per entry.

1.3 No entry is entered into the draw that has no payment against it.

1.3.1 DunnWrenn cannot accept liability for loss/ theft or delays for: Any payments/ communications sent by email or for any delay in payments through the banking system.

1.4 The player can make payment via Paypal or an email request can be made for BACS transfer using the link on the Summer Raffle page within the DunnWrenn website.

1.5 Players must be 16 years old and over, but no age limit. NB Facebook rules will only allow DunnWrenn to promote 18 years+.

1.6 Players must be a resident in the United Kingdom to purchase an entry.

1.7 Any entry purchased by a person who cannot later produce proof of age (Photo ID/Driving Licence/Passport) shall forfeit any allocated prize and all monies will be given to the DunnWrenn chosen charity.

1.8 Entries may only be purchased by individuals and may not be purchased for and on behalf of other persons or transferred to another person.

1.9 DunnWrenn and the promoters are not eligible to play.

2.0 Winners will be contacted by email on or after Sunday 3 September 2023.

2.0.1 Winners do not need to make a claim. Winners will be notified by email, the same email used to make payment via Paypal or when requesting BACS details from DunnWrenn.

2.1 DunnWrenn cannot be held responsible if winners do not notify DunnWrenn of any change to their email addresses.

2.2 If DunnWrenn is unable to make contact with a prize winner after three attempts the prize will be held for future raffles.

2.3 Prize winners agree to participate in promotional campaigns and features on prize winner posters unless otherwise stated by an email sent to dunnwrenn@gmail.com prior to the closing date of the raffle.

3.0 DunnWrenn reserves the right to change the prize structure from time to time and without notice. DunnWrenn has sole discretion in allocating the prizes and calculating the prize draw fund; the decision of DunnWrenn on any matter is final.

3.1 The Summer Raffle will be shared across the DunnWrenn website, Facebook Page and X Feed, aka Twitter.

3.2 DunnWrenn can also share the Summer Raffle on their own personal; social media platforms.

3.3 Players are encouraged to share the Summer Raffle links from the DunnWrenn website, Facebook Page and X Feed, aka Twitter,  to allow others the chance to play and generate more funds for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.

4.0 DunnWrenn does not sell any details it holds on to its subscribers to any third party.

4.1 Data that is collected is used solely by DunnWrenn.

4.2 A player has the right to ask DunnWrenn not to process personal data for marketing purposes.

5.0 DunnWrenn aims to ensure that any issue regarding the raffle that you may have is dealt with promptly, efficiently and in confidence.

5.1 If a player wishes to make a complaint, then please contact us at the first instance by emailing dunnwrenn@gmail.com

6.0 All prizes are set, there is no alternative.

6.1 Players who enter will be randomly picked from the draw.

6.2 Three dates will be provided for each 1st and 2nd prize of which the winner can choose their UK Holiday date with DunnWrenn.

6.2.1 The winner can pick from the following dates during 2024 to enjoy a 4-night stay at Devon Cliffs;

Monday 20 May, Monday 17 June or Monday 23 September.

6.2.2 The winner can pick from the following dates during 2024 to enjoy a 3-night stay at Devon Cliffs;

Friday 26 April, Friday 7 June or Friday 4 October.

6.3 If the player is not able to use the dates listed in sections 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 then DunnWrenn suggests they do not enter the raffle.

6.4 Entry to Devon Cliffs Activities are not included in the prize and can be purchased from reception at Devon Cliffs on arrival.

6.5 DunnWrenn is Dog-friendly however a £20 charge per pet will be required 8 weeks before arrival (max two dogs per visit) along with a security deposit of £100.00 which is fully refundable within 14 days after departure. 

 

7.0 DunnWrenn supports a chosen charity from January 1st until December 31st each year.

7.1 The 2024 charity will run from June 26th 2023 until December 31st 2024 including the Summer Raffle and any other Raffle(s) DunnWrenn decides to hold during the year 2023/24.

7.1.1 From January 1st 2025 the chosen charity will run until December 31st that year. DunnWrenn will choose a new charity to support each year going forward.

7.2 DunnWrenn is not part of the Devon Air Ambulance Trust and is only supporting the Devon Air Ambulance charity.

**-If you enter before 8 am on Monday 26 June 2023, your place will not be counted and you may still be charged with no refund available.
